INCI (International Nomenclature Cosmetic Ingredient) is a systematic nomenclature of cosmetic ingredients that is constantly revised and updated.
It was created by Personal Care Products Council (PCPC) and is available in the form of International Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary and Handbook (paid access) with an electronic version wINCI (paid annual subscription).
