SPOR is a website that manages substance, product, organization, and referential master data. This service complies with standards set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for the identification of medicinal products (IDMP). These standards make it easier to exchange medicine information in a reliable manner.
For medical translators, this website provides open access to MedDRA terminology.
Here is the Home page:

To access terminology, click Lists > Search. You can simply search by terms:

Alternatively, you can go to Advanced Search to tailor your search. To search MedDRA, click Selected lists and select Medical dictionary for regulatory activities.

You can also click Domain to limit your search to either human or veterinary use.

Enter the term in the Name field and click Search in the lower right corner.

Select a term from the list:

Click on the term to open its description. To view this term in another language, select the language from the drop-down menu at Term Name.

If you try searching for a term in your language, you will still get a (relevant) list of English terms. So it's best to search for the English term and then verify the equivalent in your language. The interface is not optimal, but it's free and suitable for a low volume of enquiries.
Note: This catalog page lists languages of all terminological resources available on the SPOR website. MedDRA terminology is available only in the languages that are also available on its official website. Here is the full list on the date of the last update of this page:
